Hamer H. Budge (born November 21, 1910 in Pocatello, Idaho - died July 22, 2003 in Scottsdale, Arizona) served as chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from 1969 to 1971. He also was a United States Representative from Idaho. Budge served as a Republican in the House from 1951 to 1961. Budge represented the state's Second Congressional District. He was appointed to the SEC in 1964.
