Paddy Moran (March 11, 1877 in Quebec City, Quebec - January 14, 1966) was a Canadian professional ice hockey goalie who played for the Quebec Bulldogs.
Except for a one-year stint for Haileybury of the NHA, he palyed hockey in Quebec from 1902 to 1917. In 1904, he powered his Bulldogs to a 7-1 regular season record,best in the CAHL. Moran was known as a stand-up goalie who frequently used his stick to paddle away enemy shots.
Despite the high goals against average during his career, Paddy was one of best goaltenders of his generation. He helped the Bulldogs win two consecutive Stanley Cups in 1912 and 1913. He was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1958.
