   Bladder Infection
Ingredients: Cranberry Root or unsweetened cranberry Juice, Uristat, Lots of water, honey and apple cider vinegar, herbal teas, acidophilus, vitamins, plain yogurt.
Symptoms: Extreme discomfort and burning when urinating, pain in the lower abdomen, an excessive urge to urinate frequently and then not urinating that much when you try to go. Urine is cloudy and off-smelling. May be accompanied with a fever.
Description: First take cranberry root or juice. Along with that, Uristat OTC at any drug store immediately alleviates the pain. Be sure to drink lots of water to flush out your system. I also tried 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar and honey in a cup of water too and it seemed to help. Decaffeinated herbal teas are also recommended. Avoid sugars and citrus foods. Take daily vitamins.
Additional Info: These items will alleviate the pain, but you should also see a physician anyway. A UTI is caused by bacteria and if severe, should be treated with antibiotics as well. If you are going to take antibiotics, also take acidophilus and eat yogurt to reduce risk of a yeast infection on top of your UTI.
