Ingredients: Peppermint either in edible oils, gums, or mint leaves in warm/hot water
Symptoms: constand "downness", murky moods that won't go away, etc etc
 
Description: Just the sent of Peppermint (or any mint) kick starts the production of endorphines (yes the same horomones you get while exercising) which lightens your mood!
 
Additional Info: You can put mint leaves in warm water to difuse the taste and then add ice if you like a cooler drink. Drink straight with leaves still in the water. Add a bit of Chamomile if you need to relax as well as lighten your mood!
